Instructions on Use :

Heat Therapy:: Place covered in hot water for about 7 minutes. Remove from the water, it should feel warm or desired comfort. Always test temperature before using. If overheated or too hot to the touch, allow to cool before use as overheating may cause burns.
Cold Therapy:: Place in freezer at least 30 minutes. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use.
