HOW TO USE :

• Add 2-3 drops per 100ml of water to Relaxso diffuser while creating to soothe the mind, and inducing feelings of pleasure and relaxation

• Add a few drops to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime

• Keep a bottle on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations

• Combine 1-2 drops with your skin care cleanser for whitening benefits

• Apply to the skin while showering and inhale deeply to experience its calming aroma while enjoying its purifying skin benefits

• Place a few drops in the bath spa water, and soak away stress or apply to the temples and the neck

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice
