HOW TO USE :

• Add 2-3 drops per 100ml of water to Relaxso diffuser while studying to maintain concentration or promoting healthy immune function

• Add a drop to a spray bottle with water and use it to wipe down surfaces in your kitchen or bathroom

• Combine 1 drop with your moisturizer apply to skin for revitalizing benefits

• While showering, place a few drops in the hands, place over nose, and inhale deeply to invigorate and promote vitality

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice
